As June rolls in, we’re proud to celebrate Pride Month and continue our focus on wellbeing, with a mix of fun, mindful, and uplifting events that bring our members together. Whether it’s over coffee and cupcakes or a deep breath during yoga, these moments create shared experiences that make Lambourne House more than just a place to work.

Gay pride

Pride Breakfast – Thursday 5th June

Time: 09:30 – 10:30am
Location: Co-working Breakout Area, 1st Floor, Lambourne House

We’re kicking off June with a colourful celebration of Pride. This month’s breakfast session is about more than sweet treats — it’s a moment to celebrate love, inclusivity, and the vibrant diversity that makes our community unique.

It’s a bright and meaningful way to start your day — and a chance to stand in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community.

Beam Therapy – Saturday 7th June

Time: 9:30am – 1pm

Location: Pearl Suite, Lambourne House

Yoga session

Yoga Lunch Session – Thursday 19th June

Time: 12pm
Location: Co-working Breakout Area, 1st Floor, Lambourne House

Led by: Jeeva Sankalp, Jeeva Wellness Ltd

Finding balance can be hard — especially in the middle of a busy day. That’s why we’ve partnered with Jeeva Sankalp, an expert in holistic wellness, to bring you a rejuvenating lunchtime yoga session.

  • All levels welcome (beginners encouraged!)
  • Mats available – bring your own if preferred
  • Come in comfy clothing and get ready to feel refreshed

It’s a midweek reset that your mind and body will thank you for.
